Job description
We are currently seeking a talented and energetic Sous Chef to join a busy 60m Private M/Y dual-season itinerary.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in an active, adventurous environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit, professional crew
You will have a strong culinary foundation, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for the yachting lifestyle
Previous yachting experience as a Sous Chef or strong land-based background
Confident across a variety of cuisines with a focus on high-quality presentation
Strong knowledge of provisioning, stock control, and galley organisation
Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and willingness to learn
Must be fit, active, and enjoy outdoor pursuits
A passion for diving is highly desirable, as the yacht frequently explores some incredible dive destinations
2:2 rotation
A salary of $6,000 is on offer
