1st Mate – 35m+ Private Motor Yacht (Med-Based)
Location: Mediterranean (Summer)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive, DOE (in Euros)

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a 1st Mate to join a well-run 35m+ private motor yacht. This vessel is professionally crewed and offers a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role is hands-on and ideal for someone confident on deck with strong seamanship skills.
Role Overview:

You’ll work closely with the Captain and deck team, taking a leading role in daily operations. This includes:

Washdowns, line handling, anchoring & mooring
Tender driving and management
Navigation and bridge support
Safety drills, equipment checks, and guest activities

Requirements:
Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed) – Motor
1–2 years' experience on yachts 30+
Excellent deck and tender-handling skills
Positive, proactive attitude with strong team ethic

Mandatory Certifications:
STCW (fully up to date)
ENG1
PDSD
Powerboat Level 2

Desirable:
ISM/ISPS knowledge or experience
