1st Mate needed for 35M private yacht in the Middle East

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Officer / Mate to join a 35M motor yacht, based in Doha, Qatar.

Key Requirements:
• Yachtmaster 200 (or higher certification)
• Previous experience as Chief Officer / Mate on similar-sized motor yachts (35m+ preferred)
• Strong leadership, navigation, and safety management skills
• Excellent command of English
• Valid STCW, ENG1 medical, and other necessary yachting certifications
• Positive attitude, team player, and flexible with rotational schedules
