2nd Engineer - 100m Newbuild - Fantastic owner and crew

We have a 100m Northern European newbuild M/Y looking for an experienced 2nd Engineer to join the team.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to join the yacht 6 months prior to launch and have the chance to work within an experienced engineering team.

Incredibly personable owner who invests a lot of time into the crew welfare on board.

You will be joining an engineering team of 5 (CE,2E,3E,4E & ETO).

You will be required to hold one of the following licenses as a minimum; 2nd Engineer Unlimited, Chief Engineer Unlimited, SV Chief 3000GT/9000kW.

They are wanting the 2nd Engineer to join in the shipyard around the beginning of February 2025. The position is full-time until launch however you will get most weekends off with the option of some remote working here and there. The position will go fully rotational upon launch.

There are nearby apartments provided for the crew up until the launch of the yacht.

There is a strong crew culture on board and they are looking for a charismatic engineer to join the team.

Visible tattoos are fine, but they will not accept genuine smokers.

On offer is a very generous salary along with plenty of other perks and bonusses that will be discussed at interview stage.

You will be required to visit the yacht and crew as part of the interview process.
