2nd engineer / 70m+ SY / Dual season

Job description

We're working with a 70m+ sailing yacht who are looking for a full time 2nd engineer to join the engineering team.

Dual season – Med / Caribbean. Due to complete a survey in the Med this winter.
Private yacht.

The minimum requirement for this position is an AEC2 qualification, however, it is essential that you are close to achieving your first ticket and have multiple years experience on 60m+ yachts. If you hold an EOOW Unlimited, SV EOOW or Y3, this would be preferred.

If you have an electrical background this would be excellent, but is not essential.
An interest in sailing is also highly beneficial.

This is a full time position with 42 days leave per year.

Salary is 8000USD per month.
Start date is the end of August.
