65m Busy Charter yacht are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd officer for a 2nd/Chief role where your time will be split 50/50 between the two positions.
This position is to start as soon as possible and will offer you the opportunity to further your experience as 2nd officer whilst stepping up to cover the Chief officer giving you the opportunity to gain solid experience in the Chief officer role. This is a step up/step down position with the long term plan will to review in the next 12 months and the potential to step up full time as C/O.
They are looking for an experienced 2nd officer with 1-1.5 years’ experience, a solid charter background and holding minimum Chief Mate 3000gt qualification.
The yacht operates in both the Med and Caribbean and is busy with charters during both seasons. They will be departing for the Caribbean early November.
The yacht runs with a fantastic team and Captains with excellent longevity across all departments and the entire deck crew have been with the yacht for 2+ seasons.
They are looking for a well presented, mature and driven individual who is responsible and calm under pressure.
On offer is a fantastic package which includes a salary of 6500 Euros, 119 days leave which is run on a fixed rota of 12 weeks on 6 weeks off. All charter tips are shared equally and they also offer a fantastic bonus scheme which increases year on year.
