Job description

• 80m New Build Private Motor yacht are looking for a 2nd officer to join them 1st January 2024.
• This is an incredible opportunity to join a prestigious New build with a fantastic senior team and lovely owner who is very family orientated and heavily into watersports!
• They are looking for an experienced 2nd Officer with solid watersports experience, excellent large tender driving experience along with good navigational experience and a knowledge of ISM/ISPS.
• The yacht will run extensive watersports operations along with plenty of fishing and spearfishing – they will operate with several 40ft plus tenders, so it is essential you can drive large tenders!
• The yacht will initially cruise the Med and Caribbean with plans to head further afield down the line. There is potential for the yacht to cruise the South Pacific area in the future.
• This is a split role between bridge and deck, however you will be heavily relied upon out on deck as the boat runs extensive busy operations. They want an officer who will lead from the front and help to build a strong deck team and great working environment.
• The yacht will consider newly qualified OOW’s with a strong watersports/fishing background and the right attitude to progress and learn.
• On offer is a fantastic package which will include a full rotation (2:2), 6000+ Euros depending on experience. Full training and budget packages are currently TBC and in discussion with management.
