80m Busy Private/Charter Dual season yacht are looking for a motivated, organised and ambitious 2nd Officer to join them around Mid February 2024
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd officer to join an extremely well run yacht with an epic crew, senior team and lovely owner who looks after the crew incredibly well!
The yacht operates a dual season cruising both the Med and Caribbean with a mixture of charter and owner usage. Med Summers are busier with Charters and they frequently have returning charter guests each year.
The yacht runs with high standards, excellent training environment and a fun, hard working and close knit team.
They are looking for an outstanding officer who will lead from the front, is solid both in the bridge and competent with running a busy deck operation. You will oversee all the charts, publications and passage planning whilst assisting with LSA & FFE.
The yacht runs with an array of tenders and toys – they require a solid tender driver who can drive large twin screw and twin jet to a very good standard.
A watersports background would also be advantageous.

Ideally you will hold Chief Mate 3000, a knowledge of IDEA would be a bonus.
Fully COVID vaccinated and someone who is willing to commit for a long time
On offer is a superb package which includes a time for time rotation (8:8), salary TBD but above industry standard, amazing Bonus structure which increases year on year along with excellent tips which are split evenly.
