2nd Stew required for very busy 40+m MY

We are looking for an experienced Stew to join this very busy yacht as 2nd Stew!
Candidates will have preferably 2 years experience but we will consider slightly less if you have charter experience
You will be ready to hit the ground running, joining the yacht in a short yard period before back off for owners trips & charters – the yacht has done 14 charters in the last year
Very family orientated yacht and predominantly family charters too so we are looking for a candidate that is confident round guests, can hold a conversation and be engaging
Someone creative is a must! We would love a candidate that has a flair for cocktails and is good with table decs
The 3rd Stew is quite junior so you will also be involved in training them and sharing your knowledge
This is a busy yacht with the owner using the yacht between charters so you must be prepared to work hard! The Captain does give extra days/weekends off etc when possible
Great crew on board, fit, active, social & tight knit
Start ASAP – before 31st August
Salary 4000-5000 USD
