2nd Stew required for 44m MY

We are looking for an experienced 2nd or Stew to join this 44m as their new 2nd Stew
Candidates will ideally have some charter experience as the yacht has had a busy charter season with repat and new clients
The yacht will be finishing up the Med season and remaining in the yard for winter in Europe
Summer 2026 will be busy charter & owner use
You will step up and cover the Chief Stew leave over winter for a month so candidates need to be confident in leading the team and getting work lists completed in this time
Historically very good with tips - split evenly amongst the crew
Start date - flexible - next few weeks / mid September
Salary 4000 EURO +/- DOE
Standard MLC leave
