2nd Stew required for fantastic 70+m MY

We are looking for a well established 2nd Stew to join this high profile private MY as their 2nd Stew
You will have experience as a 2nd Stew and be looking to take on more responsibility
There is no Purser on board so the Chief Stew role can be admin heavy. As 2nd you will take on responsibilities overseeing the interior with daily, weekly, monthly work lists as well as admin duties of your own
Guest on you will be service based primarily
Dual season yacht, currently in the Caribbean
Interior team of 6 on board at one time
Start early Feb
90 days leave – structured as a 3:1 as much as possible
Salary DOE
Excellent package, 13th month and very generous training package
