2nd Stew required for this lovely 40m new build yacht – offering a fantastic package!
We are looking for an experienced Stew to join this 40m new build as 2nd Stew/Relief Chief in November
You will have ideally 3 years experience in yachting and be wanting to step up in responsibility
You will work 2 months as 2nd Stew, 1 month as Chief and then have 1 month off
We are looking for someone that is career focused and wants to grow in their role. You will have a nurturing personality and be able to guide the Junior stews and offer training and support to them and to the Chief Stew
Lovely owner who has expressed an interest to travel and see the world. He understands the importance of training on board and rewarding the crew to maintain longevity etc
The first season will be based out of France and then Greece and the Med in general. It will return to Italy for warranty work before heading further afield
Accounting knowledge would be a bonus & excellent computer skills required
Package:
3:1 rotation
Salary DOE 4000-5000 EURO – increased by 500 EURO a month when covering the Chief Stew
13th month + based on performance
