2nd Stew required for lovely 50m MY

We are looking for a 2nd Stew with a couple of years experience to join this great 50m, currently in the US!
Candidates will preferably have experience in the 40-60m region so they are used to the 'smaller' yachts
You will be a strong 2nd Stew and work alongside the Chief Stews to run the interior & guide & train the junior Stew
Private & charter yacht based out of the Caribbean – the yacht can assist with a B1 if necessary but it would be preferred
US owners and usually US guests/charterers
The yacht will be in the US for the next few months with an owner trip in NY and then back to the Bahamas for charters
Excellent fit active crew that do regular workouts together etc so someone with an interest in this would be preferred
Really looking for a fun crew, people that want to be in yachting, want to engage, get involved with watersports etc
Start flexible but ideally in the next couple of weeks
Salary 5000 USD
45 days leave – can negotiate for the right person
