2nd Stewardess - 40m Private M/Y - Dual Season

Job description

We are looking for a polished and motivated 2nd Stewardess to join our 40m Private M/Y, operating a dual season.

The vessel has a busy yet well-structured program, with owners who enjoy an active lifestyle onboard and a crew who work hard but know how to have fun together.
As 2nd Stew, you will work closely with the Chief Stew to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain meticulous standards in housekeeping, laundry, and table settings.
You will rotate through service and housekeeping duties, ensuring both areas are kept to a high standard, and will be expected to step up in the Chief Stew’s absence.
Service: Formal and informal dining, cocktail service, wine knowledge is an advantage
Cabin turnovers, deep cleaning, flower arranging, laundry care
Anticipating guest needs, maintaining discretion and professionalism
Supporting and mentoring junior interior crew when needed
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role on yachts 35m+
Confident in both housekeeping and service, with an eye for detail
Positive, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Salary - €5,000 is on offer
60 days annual leave
