A 100m High-Profile Private / Charter M/Y is looking for a 3rd Officer to join them between 18th-20th December 2024 ready to hit the ground running for a 2-day handover

This a fantastic opportunity to work as an officer onboard a vessel with a lot of busy operations. The programme has a huge focus on training and upskilling crew, with an incredible, structured internal promotion system in place.

The vessel runs with long-standing HOD's who operate a professionally run programme. There is a great crew onboard with solid longevity across departments and an excellent crew culture.

You will need to hold an OOW unlimited and a minimum of 1 year’s yachting experience with watch keeping exposure if coming from a commercial background. They are also open to candidates who have a solid yachting background and have come via the advanced seafarers route but must have prior watchkeeping experience

This is an officer’s role which is mostly bridge based with only around 20% of the role spent on deck where you will be involved with daily operations whilst guest on. The role with include overseeing LSA/FFE checks, implementing and running training sessions for crew as well as holding a watch when underway and at anchor
