100m Dual season Private Motor yacht are looking for a 3rd officer to join them around 20th January 2026

They are looking for a driven officer holding OOW 3000 and with excellent admin skills

They are happy to consider someone recently qualified with a strong deck background and previous leadership experience overseeing large teams
Excellent chief officers onboard who run a tight knit deck team and well oiled program

The role is mostly bridge based with lots of bridge admin and watches however you will work closely with the Bosun ensuring the deck is run to high standards

Good opportunity to work on a prestigious yacht with lots of potential to solidify yourself as an officer on a busy operational yacht

B1/B2 Visa required
Med/Caribbean cruising

Package includes a salary of 5500-6000 Euros DOE, 90 days leave, run as close to 3:1 as possible – full package TBD
