Job description

A 70m+ Private M/Y is looking for a Lead Deckhand to join them ASAP.



• The vessel has a steady dual-season itinerary along with young and friendly HODs who have a strong focus on training the crew and promoting longevity.



• You must have at least 2 years’ experience in the industry to be considered, having your YMO and large tender driving experience would also be a huge bonus.



• The vessel has an excellent crew culture onboard are looking for a mature, career-focused individual who will take advantage of the fantastic training culture onboard.



• Male only due to cabin arrangements. Due to the vessel's itinerary, you must also have your B1B2 visa in hand to be successful.



• On offer is a great package of €3,800 and a 3:1 rotation, along with additional discretionary bonuses and a generous training budget.
