A newly launched 45m private M/Y is seeking a confident and experienced Chief Officer to join the vessel as it begins its first season.

The yacht will be based full-time in the Mediterranean, operating a relaxed but professional private program with a strong focus on high standards, safety, and smooth daily operations.
Experienced owners, with a small fleet of yachts in the UAE
Previous experience as Chief Officer on similar-sized vessels, or strong Second Officer stepping up
Solid knowledge of bridge duties, navigation, ISM/ISPS, and overall deck leadership
Hands-on deck skills, comfortable overseeing maintenance, planning routines, and guiding junior crew
Strong tender handling abilities and confidence with Mediterranean cruising
Professional attitude, good communication skills, and a calm, organised approach
OOW 3000 (minimum) required
