Job description

70m Busy Private/Charter Dual season Motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them no later than 5th January 2024.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well run busy Charter yacht with excellent senior team, lovely owner and a solid longstanding deck team!
They are looking for an excellent bosun who can hit the ground running.
You must have 3+ years’ experience minimum and have prior lead deckhand or Bosun experience.
Yachtmaster required as a minimum along with solid large tender driving experience.
They will consider a newly qualified OOW candidate and will be able to offer bridge exposure and watch keeping experience.
The yacht is extremely busy and historically has filled 12 weeks of charter each year.
They work hard but the financial rewards are amazing!
The yacht is currently in the Caribbean and will be heading back to the Med in March 2024 for another busy Summer season.
Great crew benefits, including fantastic crew facilities and gym along with an excellent training environment onboard working alongside two longstanding captains who like to mentor and teach.
The crew are all active and into their fitness.
Someone with a similar mindset and passion for sport and fitness would fit in extremely well with the existing crew.
They are looking for a top notch bosun who can lead the guys from the front and someone they can look to bring up through the ranks over time.
There is plenty of opportunity to grow with this vessel!
On offer is a salary of 4500 Euros, 90 days leave, even split of all charter tips along with an excellent training budget.
