75m World cruising Private/Charter yacht are looking for an experienced Bosun to join them end of January/early Feb 2024.
This is a busy yacht with a mixture of private and charter usage offering an exciting itinerary with World wide Cruising and off the beaten track destinations.
They are looking for an experienced Bosun who can hit the ground running, is strong with both operations and also maintenance and general hands on skills – they want a Bosun who can teach, is hands on and has a solid maintenance skillset with a good knowledge of paint repairs and carpentry skills.
The yacht is busy with operations during charters, you need to be organisied, capable of running the deck team along with being a solid tender driver and ideally good in the water and able to run watersports the the guests.
The yacht is currently in Asia until February and will be heading for some remote cruising in the Indian Ocean in the coming months before crossing back to Eastern Med for booked Charters this Summer.
Additional skills such as watersports, videography/drone experience, carpentry experience/qualifications will be advantageous.
Yachtmaster is required as a minimum and ideally someone who is keen to work towards their OOW or has started completing some modules.
They are also happy to consider career Bosuns.
On offer is a great package which includes 90 days leave run as closely as 3:1, 4500+ Euros salary with some room for negotiation if you have a solid CV and secondary skills, even split of tips from all charters, good training budget/allowance.
