Bosun required for a 40m Private M/Y with a busy fishing program.

The vessel operates a dual season itinerary between the Med and Caribbean
Strong knowledge of fishing operations, including setup, maintenance, and guest assistance during trips
Proven experience in a Bosun role on similar-sized vessels
Excellent tender driving and watersports skills
A solid understanding of deck maintenance and team leadership
A proactive and hands-on approach, with good communication and organisational skill
B1/B2 is essential
