Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Bosun to join a professional and well-established program.
The vessel runs a busy dual-season itinerary with a strong focus on guest service, water sports, and maintaining high standards across the deck department.
Candidates should have proven experience on similar-sized vessels, excellent tender driving skills, and strong leadership qualities to support and motivate the deck team. A good eye for detail, maintenance knowledge, and a proactive work ethic are essential.
Hold a minimum Yachtmaster Offshore (OOW in progress or a bonus)
Have solid charter experience and a guest-focused attitude
Be confident in managing and training junior deck crew
Have strong tender driving and water sports skills
Be well-presented and professional at all times
