Bosun - 50m - World Cruising - 3:1

Job description

50m Private World Cruising Motor yacht are looking for a Bosun/Mate to join them no later than 6th December – Please do not apply if you are unable to be available by this date

Extremely well-run yacht with excellent Crew longevity and a family style environment along with an extremely supportive owner

Must have solid 3+ years’ experience, ideally you will have worked in a senior deck role and have some watch keeping experience, you need to be comfortable holding a bridge watch

Opportunity to step up and cover the mate position for 3 months of the year, you will gain valuable watch keeping experience and exposure to the bridge

Need to have a good level of tender driving and experience with larger tenders as they run with a Limo

Cruising US/Bahamas this Winter – plans for Summer 2025 include Norway and high potential for a trip to Arctic!

Must have B1/B2 visa in hand and no large visible tattoos please

Steady program with a good work life balance over Winter
