• 55m Private World Cruising Support vessel are looking for a Bosun to join them at the end of November.
• This is a great opportunity for an experienced lead hand or senior deckhand to step into a leadership role working on a busy and interesting program with a great owner and crew!
• They are looking for a solid all-rounder, with excellent tender driving skills and maintenance. knowledge. The yacht runs with a variety of tenders and toys, including larger twin screw and twin jet tenders. They need their Bosun to be able to jump in right away and confidently drive with guests.
• The yacht runs with a deck team of 4 deckhands and will require you to lead from the front and pass down your knowledge as well being a good problem solver and with a good eye for detail.
• You will be exposed to some bridge duties including GMDSS, chart corrections and passage planning which offers you fantastic exposure whilst working towards your OOW!
• The yacht will be cruising interesting locations including Costa Rica, Galapagos and West Coast USA .
• The crew are very active and heavily into their watersports with plenty of kiters and surfers onboard. Crew get use of the tenders during days off allowing to crew to participate in team watersports.
• Must hold YM offshore and ideally be working towards OOW with some modules under your belt.
• On offer is a salary of 4000+ USD DOE, 3:1 Rotation, along with a good training budget which increases over time served with the yacht.
