60m Dual season Private/Charter yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them ASAP, ideally within the next couple of weeks
Lovely new owner who is looking to build a solid crew with a great working environment alongside fantastic Captains!
Itinerary will be discussed during initial call but the yacht will run with a dual season itinerary and steady owner and Charter usage.
The yacht will Charter for around 8 weeks a year.
They are looking for a solid candidate with 2-3 years of yachting experience, a good knowledge of paint and polish systems and a good hands on maintenance skillset.
Ideally you will be working towards OOW, hold a Yachtmaster and be confident driving tenders with guests and able to pass on knowledge to the junior team.
The role will allow you to grow into a bosun position and gain experience running deck operations and build on leadership experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up from a senior deckhand or lead deckhand position!
On offer is a salary of 3500-4000 Euros, 5:1 rotation.
