Job description

• 60m Dual season Private Motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them ideally around 4th November however there is some flexibility for the right candidate
• This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 3+ years experience to join a well run, busy yacht with a friendly owner and nice program running plenty of watersports
• They are looking for someone who has experience leading a team ideally as lead hand or Bosun and with large tender driving skills as they run with a large chase boat
• You must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore and have a good general maintenance skillset
• The yacht will be Wintering in Italy this Winter for a 15 year survey period, plans for Summer 2024 will be Med cruising and the potential for next Winter in the Indian Ocean – TBC
• The owners are friendly and use the yacht around 10-15 times a year with trips lasting from 5-10 days. They like to use the chase boat for excursions ashore and the watersports and toy set up is utilised daily with guests onboard
• They have a really nice tight knit deck team and the crew like to spend time together outside of work
• On offer is a salary of 4250 Euros, 5:1 rotation, annual bonus along with 2k Euro training allowance per year
