75m Dual Season Motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them in the next 2-3 weeks

Prestigious build yacht with lovely owner and solid senior deck team alongside great Captains!

They are looking for an experienced Bosun with good proven leadership skills and someone who will lead from the front!
Good deck maintenance and operational skills required and confident in being able to teach and pass down knowledge whilst holding high standards

Must have prior Bosun experience – can be coming from smaller yachts as Bosun but you need the confidence and maturity to lead a large deck team

The yacht will Winter in the Med this season giving you a good work/life balance before embarking on a busy Med Summer from April 2025

On Offer is a good package which includes a salary range of 4500-5000 Euros DOE, 120 days leave (non-structured currently) along with solid training budget, 13th month bonus, return flights
