Bosun - 75m - Private/Charter

Job description

• 75m Prestigious Private/Charter yacht are looking for a bosun to join them in the next 3-4 weeks

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well run, busy yacht with an excellent charter program working alongside a well established and happy deck team

• They are looking for an experienced Bosun who can hit the ground running and has experience with large yacht operations and tenders and confident with leading the deck team

• The yacht is busy with Charters so someone with charisma and confident in front of guests will be required

• The yacht will be cruising the Bahamas this Winter and the ideal candidate will have a B1/B2 visa in hand however the yacht Is happy to assist the right candidate with an application for a Visa

• Cruising plans for 2024 will be interesting and potential for Central America and Pacific cruising TBC

• The yacht runs with a fantastic working environment and offers some great crew facilities including a decent gym onboard

• If you are working towards your OOW the yacht will offer you the opportunity to gain bridge experience as you grow

• On offer is a fantastic package with a salary range of 4500-5500 Euros DOE along with 4:2 rotation and even split of the charter tips
