Job description

Seeking an experienced Bosun for an 80m+ private M/Y with dual-season cruising.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run vessel with excellent crew morale, a strong training budget, and a good bonus structure.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Bosun on a similar-sized vessel or be a strong Lead Deckhand from a larger yacht looking to step into their first Bosun position. Solid tender driving experience is essential.
