80m Single season Private motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them in the next 2-4 weeks

Great opportunity for an experienced senior deckhand/lead hand looking to make the step up to Bosun on a well run and supportive yacht

Wintering in the Med this year completing lots of Winter projects and general maintenance which will give you plenty of time to learn the yacht before the Busy Med Summer kicks off in May 2025

They typically cruise Turkey, Greece, Croatia along with France, Spain and the Balearics. There is potential for the yacht to go further afield in the future. Busy program with a lot of owner usage

Longstanding, excellent crew with a good mix of nationalities and a happy, collaborative team onboard

They are looking for someone confident with leading a large team, good with tender driving as you will be responsible for driving guest and the owner – they run with a mix of inboard and outboard tenders and have a lot of watersports equipment onboard

Wintering in Europe in a popular yachting hub this Winter which will give you a good work/life balance!

They are looking for a positive leader who will lead from the front and give the team a positive environment to work in with lots of high morale!

On offer is a salary of 4000+ Euros DOE, 84 days per year leave which is taken in two blocks of 6 weeks, 13th& 14thmonth bonus after completion of 1 year onboard, good training allowance, and 2 return flights.
