Wilsonhalligan are seeking an experienced Butler/ Sommelier to join a prestigious 100m+ private MY.

This role is the primary interface with the guests and ultimately is responsible for their overall experience onboard the yacht. Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, entertaining groups and event planning is vital. The butler has to execute impeccable guest service and communicate with the other departments onboard to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position typically requires at least two years in similar roles. Selection and pairing of wine and drinks for each day's menus. Maintain the wines and cigars inventory up to date. Assist with the day to day housekeeping and service operation in order to maintain the very high standards of guest satisfaction

Experience and qualified Sommelier
