Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Captain/Engineer for a 20m New Build Private M/Y, Dual Season Med/Dubai

The vessel is due for delivery shortly, and the successful candidate will play a key role in final fit-out, setup, and ongoing operations.
Oversee vessel commissioning and handover from the shipyard
The yacht is part of a small fleet of larger yachts based in both the Med and UAE
Manage all aspects of yacht operations including navigation, maintenance, and safety compliance
Liaise with shipyard, contractors, and management during setup phase
Maintain excellent presentation of the yacht at all times
Handle budgets, provisioning, and local logistics
Ensure a high standard of service and safety for the owner and guests
Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore and AEC 1&2 ticket
Previous experience as Captain on yachts 18–25m
Strong technical understanding and maintenance ability
Good knowledge of local UAE cruising areas is essential
Open to couples
A package of €6,000 plus 60 days is on offer
