Captain - 25m SY - Dual Season

Job description

We are looking for a Captain to run a 25m Oyster sail yacht.
She will charter for 4-6 weeks a year also.
Lovely owner who has recently invested a lot of money into the yacht to bring her back to her original state!
He is now looking for an experienced Captain who can maintain high standards onboard and deliver a great experience for the owner and his family.
The yacht will be in Palma for a short Autumn maintenance period before heading over to the Caribbean for the 2023/24 winter.
The yacht will operate with 2 crew for the majority of the time and a 3rd crewmember will be brought in for the charter season.
The owner is looking for longevity and will reward it accordingly.
The captain will be required to hold a commercially endorsed Yacht master as a minimum.
Ideally you will have previous small yacht captain experience, but we are open to candidates with larger sail yacht officer/1st mate experience looking for their first drive!
A salary of up to €7000.00 is offered to the right candidate, with 60 days annual leave.
