We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Captain for a 32m M/Y operating on a private/charter program, Mediterranean based.

This role is ideal for a practical Captain who leads from the front, is comfortable working alongside the crew, and understands the balance between private ownership and charter operations, with a strong focus on safety, service, and presentation.
Easy going owners
Overall command and safe operation of the vessel
Hands-on involvement in deck operations, maintenance, and daily onboard routines
Preparing the yacht for both private use and charter, maintaining charter-ready standards
Managing and mentoring a small crew, promoting teamwork and professionalism
Budget management, accounting, and cost control
Liaising with owners, management, charter brokers, marinas, shipyards, and suppliers
Ensuring compliance with flag state, class, and charter regulations
Overseeing maintenance schedules, refits, yard periods, and surveys
Master 500gt ticket is essential, although Master 3000gt is preferred
Proven Captain experience on 30–35m yachts, ideally with charter exposure
Strong Mediterranean cruising and charter area knowledge
Hands-on, approachable leadership style
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident guest-facing manner with a service-oriented mindset
A salary of €10,000 - €11,000 is on offer with 60 days leave
