Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Captain to lead the operations of a 35m private M/Y operating a dual-season program (Mediterranean/Caribbean).

Full-time, permanent position on a well-maintained private vessel
Dual-season cruising with live-aboard owners
A proactive, solution-driven leader
Someone who thrives in a dynamic and busy program
Close-knit, professional crew environment
Minimum Master 500GT
B1/B2 is essential
Proven experience as Captain on vessels 30m+
Strong navigation and ship-handling skills
Excellent crew management and communication skills
Experience with ISM/mini-ISM, budgeting, and itinerary planning
Voyage planning and execution for both Med and Caribbean seasons
Overseeing all maintenance, surveys, and yard periods
Ensuring high standards of safety, service, and presentation
A captain who values longevity, teamwork, and a professional standard of operation
A package of €8k+ DOE with 2:2 rotation is on offer
