Captain 40m+ MY Private/Charter Single Season

Are you looking to join a hugely successful charter operation?
Would you like to work for owners who value their crew, and reward them for good work?
We have a single-season charter yacht looking for an experienced Captain, or very experienced Chief Officer looking for their first command.
This yacht typically charters for 8 weeks over the summer plus frequent owner trips.
The home port and charter operations are in the central Med, so you must be happy to remain with the vessel.
A thorough cruising knowledge of Croatia, Montenegro, Greece and Turkey is essential.
The captain must hold their Master 500 ticket as a minimum and be working towards obtaining their Master 3000.
This is a well-maintained yacht with a very nice chase boat and an abundance of toys that are available for the crew to use off-charter.
The crew are encouraged to attend courses and pursue secondary skills to add value to the guest experience.
A good salary and leave package are offered, with time off during the winter.
