Captain and Chief Stewardess - 33M Private/Charter MY

Job description

We are seeking an experienced captain and chief stewardess couple to join a 33m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual season in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-run program with repeat charter guests, supportive owners, and a busy but rewarding schedule.

Captain
Strong charter experience on vessels of similar size or larger
Excellent navigational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach
Solid knowledge of ISM/ISPS procedures and maintenance planning
Confident with budgets, crew management, and guest interaction
MCA Master 500 or MI 350gt ticket as a minimum
A salary of $10k-$12 DOE is on offer
Start Date: ASAP

Chief Stewardess
Proven experience leading an interior team on busy charter yachts
Professional, well-presented, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail
Skilled in guest service, table settings, provisioning, and interior management
Confident in managing inventories, budgets, and supporting the galley when needed
A salary of $6k-$8k DOE is on offer
Start Date: ASAP
