Captain/Chief Stew Couple - 35M Charter MY - Dual Season

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain and Chief Stewardess couple to join a busy 35m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual season program (Mediterranean and Caribbean).

Captain:
Minimum Master 500 ticket preferred, though a strong Chief Officer looking to step up will also be considered
Solid charter background with proven guest management and itinerary planning skills
Confident in handling, navigation, and overseeing maintenance and compliance
Strong leadership and communication skills, able to foster a positive and motivated crew environment
Previous new build or refit experience is advantageous
A salary of €8k-€10k DOE is on offer with 60 days leave

Chief Stewardess:
Experienced in leading an interior team on busy charter yachts within a similar size range
Skilled in all aspects of service, housekeeping, and guest relations
High attention to detail with the ability to create a warm, professional atmosphere on board
Confident in provisioning, inventories, and guest preference management
A creative and proactive approach to guest service and event planning
A salary of €6,000 with 60 days leave is on offer
