We are looking for a Captain and Partner to join a 27m new build explorer Private M/Y

Exciting long term WORLD Cruising Itinerary
Excellent opportunity to set up the boat, SOP’s and recruit your crew
This is a great opportunity to visit new places across the world!
Self made, down to earth British owner that wants to include the crew in day to day activities and eating out
The owners want to create a great working environment, so will be flexible with downtime and your hobbies. E.g. you will be able to kite surf, swim, run etc before or after work, even when guest on
Great water sports program for the family and crew
A good salary is on offer depending on experience and what you bring to the table
A Master 500gt License ideally but may consider Master 200gt
The yacht will be Med based for the summer, then head towards Asia for the winter, before circumnavigating the globe
You will have a strong cruising experience of the Med
Having world cruising experience will be a bonus in your favour
The other position could be a Mate or Deck/Stew or Stew/Cook. Cooking requirements are basic, mainly breakfast and occasional light lunches. The guests plan on eating ashore the majority of the time.
Start date will be the April / May
