Chase Boat Skipper - 95m+ Private Charter - Dual Season

Job description

Highly experienced Chase Boat Captain required ASAP for a prestigious 90m+ Private/Charter Dual Season motor yacht.
The candidate will be required to start before 15th December.
This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the best boats in the industry, with highly skilled and experienced HOD's, who run a tight knit and professional crew.
The vessel is currently in the Caribbean with a steady amount of boss trips coming up, alongside weeks open for charter. The crew have historically done very well in tips.
You will be manning and completely overseeing a 55ft Wajer chase boat, to include all maintenance, admin and passage planning.
You will need to be highly experienced with AT LEAST 4 years experience in the industry, ideally with prior experience driving chase boats of a similar size.
You will need to have a Yachtmaster as a minimum, however ideally they are looking for someone who has completed their OOW, or very close to completing it.
A B1/B2 visa is essential for this role.
This position is incredibly guest facing, therefore personality is key for this role.
They are looking for someone professional, charismatic and personable, someone who can take control of the operations fully.
On offer is a competitive salary of €4,500-5,000 DOE, plus a 12 weeks on/6 weeks off rotation.
This is to include an equal share of tips, plus an industry leading training package that is unlimited for relevant courses.
