Job description
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Chef di Partie to join a private vessel that will predominately be based in the Mediterranean.
– This role is a senior position and the right candidate will be a confident and flexible chef.
– Your responsibilities will include management of crew food menu plans and cooking for the crew, management of stock rotation of all food, organising the stores and more. With this said, you must be a tidy and organised individual as you will also be in charge of the management of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
-This role would suit someone looking to grow and build their career on larger vessels.
– When assisting on the guest side of things, you will be focused on breakfast, pastry and breads.
– This is a very experienced galley team and you will be working alongside established Head and Sous Chef.
– 3:1 rotation is on offer.
– Salary of €5,500 and there is a great training package on offer as well!
