Job description

We're working with a 40m yacht who are looking for a Rotational Chief Engineer to join their crew due to an internal promotion within the programme.
The yacht is US based and is used regularly throughout the year, cruising to Mexico / Bahamas during winter season.
You must have Chief Engineer or 1st engineer experience to be considered for this position.
Y3 ticket minimum, or equivalent unlimited / SV ticket.
Privately owned yacht but owner tips.
You will have a deck / engineer working with you whose position is predominately in the engine room.
They are looking for a chief engineer with a great personality, someone who wants to be involved with the entire crew and join in with out of work activities.
You will have full use of all toys, heavy water sport programme – a passion, qualification / skill in any kind of water sport is seen as a huge plus.
2:2 rotation.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and to be discussed in interview, however, the yacht is happy to pay above industry standard for the right candidate.
Start date is early March.
You will need to obtain a B1/B2 visa, but the yacht will support you in obtaining this if you don't currently hold one.
