65m Dual season Private/Charter yacht are looking for an experienced Chief Officer to join them March 2026 – flexibility on dates but aiming for around 15th March ready to hand over

Fantastic program that Quay Crew has worked closely with for a long time and placed a lot of the deck team onboard. Great HODs, fantastic Captains and a really lovely owner!

They are looking for a driven, natural leader with zero ego to come in and hit the ground running in a fantastic working environment with the close knit team

Must hold CM 3000 and have 1-2 years’ experience as Chief officer on similar size or slightly smaller yachts

The yacht is currently in a refit period and gearing up for a Busy Summer of Med cruising. They run a mixture of private and charter usage with anything up to 8 weeks of charter during the Summer

Busy program where everyone mucks in and they expect the chief officer to be proactive with deck operations and getting stuck in with the guys outside when needed. Off trip the role is mostly bridge based with plenty of bridge admin to keep you busy!

The team are sporty, enjoy watersports and fitness so someone like minded would work well

Plans for Winter are TBC but likely to be Caribbean cruising

Amazing package on offer with salary of 7500 + / - DOE, time for time rotation (2:2), increasing annual bonus which rises with longevity, even split of tips, excellent training allowance for courses each year
