Chief Officer - 50m - Heavy Charter

50m Very Busy Charter yacht are looking for a Chief Mate to join them ASAP – Must hold B1/B2 visa as the yacht is currently in the USA.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful charter yacht with 8 weeks of charter booked starting from May onwards that runs with a good Captain and sporty and dynamic crew.
The yacht is currently in the USA and will be crossing the the Med in the coming months, a short yard period before hitting the ground running with charters
They are looking for a driven individual holding a minimum of OOW 3000 and ideally CM 3000
They need a level headed leader a hard worker and someone that can think outside the box and is good with watersports! The role is heavily involved on deck but more bridge duties will be allocated as the deck team gets up to speed!
Large tender driving experience is essential and some fishing knowledge would be advantageous
On offer is a salary of 7000-7500 USD, 38 days leave, even split of tips. 1 discretionary flight per year. To give you an idea of tips onboard, the last 12 day charter tipped 22% leaving 8500 USD per crewmember!
