Chief Officer - 50m New Build - Med-Based

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Officer to join a 50m private new build motor yacht ahead of her first Mediterranean season.

The vessel is in the final build stages and will operate privately with a busy owner usage expected. Yacht is set to be delivered in February 2026
Previous experience as Chief Officer or strong 2nd stepping up on yachts 40m+
Ideal opportunity for a professional and proactive Chief Officer who enjoys taking ownership of deck operations and supporting the Captain through a new build completion and first season.
Experienced yacht owner
OOW 3000GT or higher qualification essential
Confident in bridge management, navigation, and ISM/ISPS procedures
Strong deck maintenance and tender handling skills
Hands-on leader with excellent communication and management abilities
Experience with new build or vessel setup advantageous
