70m+ World Cruising Private Motor yacht are looking for a Chief Officer to join them early April 2025


Fantastic busy program with amazing cruising destinations including time spent in the Pacific and Caribbean ocean


They are looking for an experienced Chief officer with a minimum of 18 months experience – must hold CM3000 or higher


Attitude & character and most important along with excellent leadership, bridge and hands on operational experience!


The crew are all heavily into their diving and watersports – someone with similar interests would fit well. This is a tight knit team with a fantastic work environment


They are looking for someone who is a good communicator, good for motivating and increasing morale within the team and doesn’t lead with a military style


Must hold B1/B2 visa as there will be a 4 week yard period in the US in the next 6 months


Incredible salary range on offer, 8:8 rotation, business class flights – full package TBD during initial calls
