Chief Officer - 80m New Build

Prestigious 80m New build yacht are looking for an experienced Chief officer with build/extensive refit experience able to join them within the first few weeks of January 2024
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a fantastic Captain who has been with the owner for many years.
They are looking for an experienced Chief officer and someone that the Captain can rely on as his right hand man
Build experience or extensive refit experience is essential
CM3000 as a minimum. It would be advantageous if you hold your Master 3000 or are close to completion
The yacht is due for launch in December 2024 and will be World cruising upon launch
Experienced yacht owner who looks after the crew extremely well and is interactive and engaging – longevity is important for the owner
The position will initially be full time, with flexibility to take long weekends, some remote working and accommodation provided ashore.
The build team are currently operating on a 5 day working week.
Upon launch the position will become rotational offering a time for time package
On offer is a starting salary of 9000-9500 USD, 38 Days leave during build period, daily transport and food allowance and full medical cover
