Chief Officer/Relief Captain - 55m New Build - 4:2

55m New build World cruising Motor yacht are looking for a Chief officer/Relief Captain to join them Mid January 2024 – ideally no later than 15th January.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chief officer holding Master 3000 that is looking to gain Captaincy experience and guaranteed drive time.
The yacht is due to launch in Mid-2024 and they require someone who will is hands on both in the bridge and on deck.
Experience with watersports would also be advantageous.
Once launched the yacht will run as a support vessel for a larger mother ship as part of a fleet.
You will be given the opportunity to gain Captaincy experience once launched with the long term plan to give you more exposure and phase into a full Captains position with time and as you prove yourself.
They are looking for a driven, professional and experienced Chief Officer from similar or slightly smaller size yachts and must hold Master 3000 and have been exposed to drive time in previous positions
The yacht will run with an extensive watersports and tender fleet onboard including a 14m landing craft tender, submarine and lots more!
The yacht will launch into a Med Season before heading towards the Caribbean and with plans to World cruise in 2025 with some exciting itineraries planned
The build is currently based in Turkey.
There is some flexibility with weekends off to fly home or to have partners visit etc.
The crew live on shore side accommodation before moving onboard closer to launch.
On offer is a fantastic package including a salary of 7000 Euros during build phase, rising to 8000 Euros upon launch and with structured salary implements as you take on more of the relief Captaincy role.
The position is currently full time until Launch and will then roll into a 4:2 rotation.
