Chief Stew required for 50m+ MY with a dual season
We are looking for an experienced Chief Ste w to join this 50+m My as their new Chief Stew and work on a 10:10 rotation.
The yacht is private & charter which saw a busy med season of charters and Med 2024 is looking to be the same with the Boss confirming he won't be on board much.
The yacht would prefer someone to join ASAP or can consider a temp until they find the right person
In the Caribbean so a B1 is required.
You will lead a team of 4 Stews (5 incl the Chief) and great with nurturing the team to be the best as well as do regular training.
US owners – Boss is fairly straightforward! Likes what he likes so you just need to go with the flow fairly regular lifestyle, no late nights etc

Salary 7000 EURO
