Chief Stew required for busy 45m private & charter MY

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Stew stepping up in to their first Chief Stew role, to join this busy yacht.
You will be joining mid September to finish off the season, likely another couple of weeks to finish before the yacht will be in France for winter
There is lots to do over winter so we would like to find someone that is keen to take on a winter project and get the yacht organised and ready for a busy Med season in 2024
Lovely captain on board & an interior team of 3
Based in France over the winter – opportunity for finish early Fridays etc
Consistent charters over the summer & the Boss also charters the yachts to friends – good tips
